Hiya trying to flog my HTC Desire HD. Website gives two ways to do a factory reset - either go to Privacy and choose Factory Reset option (there isn't one) or keep vol down button pressed while turning on (phone simply switches on normally). Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks! Norbert

I'm very interested in the MAXX and apparently it's out in the UK - though have failed to see it in any of the shops. Does anyone know where one can actualy SEE a MAXX? Not sure I want to buy it over the internet unseen.
