I told him that's impossible --- especially since he didn't buy some second hand charging kit.
...but...
Ever since the update more than a week ago...
* Battery life is atrocious.
* GPS not working properly on some software
* Tethering not keeping active
I figure I could do a factory reset and go back to the version of Jellybean that came initially with the phone when it was released...
Is there a easier/better way to do this now than originally explained in this post?

One of the things I miss most about OS X is its use of visible notifications for mail, text, calls, appointments, etc.
Have had the Note II and will be going to Note III on release day.
Have been rather unsuccessful with trying to find the perfect Lockscreen app that neatly tells you...
As I will be migrating from the Note 2 to the new Note 3, I wish to do a clean install rather than using a backup.
Can any of you recommend an app/method that gives me a list of every Google Play app that I have purchased/installed? This way I could just go through that list and decide what I...
For quite some time now Google Now has stopped sending me alert cards.
I have it set up to send me traffic alerts for my daily commute as well as stock quotes.
Have gone into setup to make sure it is enabled. Have made certain that my browsing history is turned on within Chrome.

I was finally able to download it to my Note II via the PLAY store this morning.

Everytime I install some sort of application to throw notifications to my lock screen, and turn it on through the accessible service, I get a notice saying that Airview must be disabled to use the app.

Was looking to see if the Samsung S-VIEW Case was available for preorder.
In the midst of the search I came upon this...
I kind of like this case because it has a locking strap that keeps the fold closed. I don't think the S-View cases have that.
The only thing I am uncertain about...
Have a Galaxy Note II.
Have tons of apps installed including Nova Launcher.
My phone runs a bit sluggish due to all the stuff running. Most of it I probably don't need and even apps like Google Voice no longer send me cards of information to Notification screen because some other program...

I have been a loyal iPhone user for over 5 years. Last year I bought my first Android device, a Note 2.
The reason I went to the Note 2...
I understand this question has been probably asked a million times in various forms. I am hoping to get feedback from those who use their Note II or other Android phone to play music through their car's bluetooth/USB internal stereo system.
First, for years I have been using an iPod or iPhone...
I have the $50 Samsung dock for my Note II that allows you to plug in aux for feeding audio to a device.
That dock actually is the same dock that was used for the Galaxy SIII
Do you expect that same dock will be compatible with the Galaxy Note III?
I would hate to have to go out and buy...
