    Help phone number

    My phone says it does not know its number when I look it up in the 'about phone' section of settings. The phone is unlocked but is using a T-Mobile SIM card which has been in two previous phones. It sends and receives both calls and texts so the number works. Is there a way of putting the number...

    Help start screen weather

    On th start screen there is a weather app which gives the local weather and can also give a forecast. This seems to be a preinstalled app. Is it possible to remove it or stop it running?

    Help present location

    My phone is showing me weather information from a place about 6 Km from me. I have tried to update this but the phone says it doesn't recognise my location when i try to correct it. However Google Maps has me place exactly. Is it possible to get them to talk to each other?
