A substantial rain didn't materialize this morning but it rained some. Total rainfall at my house was .22 inch. It is so dry here that by mid afternoon there wasn't any evidence of rain to be seen. A little rain is better than no rain. I'll take what fell and like it.

It is often the case here as well. I bet it's not the mail carrier's idea. It has to be a money deal and I've yet to see the USPS make money at anything they've done through the years.
