thank you so much for your help the file didn't work on this piece of crap I think its really borked... it won't accept anything on hboot it would say Fail PU, partition update failed... its a month in a half old and its unlocked.. I think I would have to pay htc to get it fixed..
I don't understand what went wrong in the first place. I was just reading in a forum on the baby center app (I'm 7 months prego, I use hubby's sceen name here) and it restarted got stuck on htc screen. my recovery is screwed too (cwm)..

store this file PH44IMG.zip on your sd card.Go into bootloader,let it run hit power for update delete the file,search the threads for this rom Kingdom_xFuZiiOnZz-4.3.2 - Downloads - 2FastRoms by 2fast4u88 download it(at this point it doesnt matter what its named so long as you know where it is and what its called)...Go back to hboot after deleting the above file you downloaded b4 the rom(cwm) hit fastboot,recovery,and it should go into clockworkmod follow the steps wipe data/factory reset/wipe dalvik cache/and then go to mounts and storage and wipe or format...when youre done with that select install zip from sd card select the fusion rom.When complete reboot system and enjoy

the cwm rom linked in this was uploaded by jb783 i dont know who his source was and who deserves the credit and spoils but i know he helped me out alot with that file and i hope it helps you out too
