I'm the type of person who has too many gadgets, wires, manuals "cluttering my life"--according my family's observations, yet when they needed help with computers or chargers for their phones, my clutter was considered an asset. It was the only way to teach myself how to operate and fix the innards of computerized and all types of electronic equipment and machines.
Made a vow to myself years ago not to be timid or fearful of operating tech stuff, as was the norm for females way back when ... mini skirts, go go boots, and tie dye were common dress for that era, yup, that long ago.
