Having issues navigating websites when at food chain stores. Where can I find error logs on the AT&T Avail 2 Android 4.1.1

Have the AT&T avail 2.. Has a 32GB SD card. Have tried to move a few apps to the SD card including a browser. Nothing moves. I know some apps cannot be moved. Guidance sought on how to proceed
