I would like to ask you about the thumbnail deleter app. Does it just delete files, or it stops some processes first?
I am trying to delete a stupid .thumbdata3-some_number file, which resides inside DCIM/.thumbnails/, but some process is "protecting" it, and can't really be deleted (I don't get any free space back when I "delete" it, and it pops back with the same size when I start the camera).
So, does your app kills processes before deleting thumbnail files?
