was trying to set up vpn yesterday and i got this error, granted i probably re,oved vpn dialogs when debloating. does anyone know how i can fix this?

So after uninstalling some apps all of which were deemed safe to remove a certain app stopped working, I thought well I got sometime to kill so why not reset and start over. After the reset here are my problems - Home button isn't working, lights up and vibrates but nothing happens on screen...
