start from your home page, then settings about phone build number (tap 7 times) go back to settings, then system advanced developer options this is just how to open developer option on my device, so Samsung is probably different. the tapping of the build number part should be the same, however.

the idea here is to use running services under developers options to identify the offending apps, then use Canta to see if they are needed and to eliminate them if they are not.

i dont know much about tablets, but if they have an android opperating system then you should be able to open developers options and then select running services. this willcgive you the info you desire. the problem is that there is not much you can do about your problem as a general rule...
