So when I unlock my phone, it lags/stalls in the carousel animation for a few seconds. Is this happening to anyone else? If someone could point me in the right direction if this has answered it would be greatly appreciated. Tried searching for it.

I was using Launcher Pro on my Nexus S, since it was literally exactly like the default plus more options. Anyway, I like the layout of the dock here (granted there are only 3 options), but am willing to change to the more simple LP...except how would you add the personalize button to the dock...
