OK so all of a Sudden some of my Icons have changed from their normal picture to an Android with an SD card in its place this is also happening on my wifes phone (we both have revolution's) ANy ideas why this is happening?

After installing the Gingerbread update whenever i get a phone call my phone says "Verizon Wireless" over top of the Ring tone. It only says it once but still is there a way to shut that off? * it doesnt do this when its a VZW Cellphone to my phone so far only from a land line
