Is anyone having issue soft vibrate on incoming calls,txt,etc.?(HTC eris) I have to have on vib @ work...I have a belt clip and cant feel the vibe on my hip...then next I grab my off my clip....bunch of missed calls ad txts. Is there a tweak or fix this?

Hello everyone, before I had a blackberry curve and had an app called beejive which had yahoo,aim,MSN messengers. Is there an app like that for the eris? I've look in the android market and nothing :(. Or whats the best app for yahoo messenger?( main im) I dont mind paying or getting a the free...
