Can i either bar just one number, or all numbers that are not in my call list/contacts list from calling and sending me messages..

OK, ive just installed Skype, and it asked if i wanted to update, so i said yes, I was updated to 2.109i think.) When this update had finished, ive checked my usage(data allowance,) and its 23% of 500 mb. Whats happened, and how do i use skype, as i cant sign in anymore.

Im using a desire on talk mobile, i get unlimited(500mb.) usage a month, ive used this in under 3 weeks, and never really used it much. Anyways to cut down on mb used? IE should i download on pc then transfer to desire? Im lost with this, can somebody please help me.
