    Root Unrevoked Issue

    Hey, im trying to root my HTC Desire, i have followed all the steps to install HBOOT Drivers, and everything seems to be fine, i dont have HTC Sync, when i run unrevoked it jsut says waiting for device? Is there any chance you can help, ive looked through forums and cannot find anything?
