    Help All google apps are not working on wifi or 4g

    I'm on a Galaxy Note 4, not rooted, with the latest software update from the carrier (Hutchinson Three in the UK). Both on any wifi network and on the 4g network Chrome thinks it's being intercepted and will not connect to any site that I don't directly type in ... say www.yahoo.com. That works...
