    Help issue with notification panel and screen

    Hello I have HTC legend I can get the notification panel to open form top bar, it was OK till yesterday The phone gets crazy and suddenly when I touch the screen, any where the panel will open so I can't use any application If I turn off and on again it will behave for a while
