    Root Droid 4 won't sync after attempted root

    I tried to root my droid 4 with a bad copy of root program. Tries again with "motofail" but my computer no longer recognizes the phone. Just says device not recognized. Restarted, rebooted, and factory reset phone without success. Need help please. I can't even exchange files from phone any longer.
