Thanks for your message and information. I tried the process from your link (thanks, I didn't find that in my search), but I may have to downgrade for Kies to ask to upgrade. Anyway, it was great hearing from someone and reading that post where someone had the same exact problem and got it resolved. - Thanks! Btw, I saw xInterloperx's modems and I think they are Sprint, but haven't double-checked yet.
