Any way to get this on this phone?

Does anyone know why I can only multitask between 2 maybe 3 apps on this phone? It has a gig of ram I shouldn't have this problem. I tried freezing most of the bloatware and still no help, anyone have any suggestions?

Would anyone be willing to get 4.2.2 up and running on this phone? I'm willing to test anything.
