    Root Epic 4g rooted with z4root

    Now that I have my phone rooted I'm wanting to theme my phone and possibly get a new rom... Do I have to get another rom to change my theme..I'm coming from HTC so I'm still learning the android..thanks for any help this has been a little complicated
