    Help Update Issue

    My girlfriends EVO keeps on saying that it's up to date but it's running 2.2 still. The update poped up once but she deferred it but now she's having other issues and we've been trying to get 2.3. Can anyone help with updating the phone to 2.3?

    Privacy setting

    I noticed that when my phone is locked and I get an sms or gtalk msg. The sender and part of the msg appears before I unlock my phone. Is there a way to limit it to just an Icon in the status bar or "new msg"?
