Download stock triumph rom and unzip it using a root explorer. Once unzipped navigate to system/apps.from there copy the camera.apk and then go to your own system/apps folder and after mounting system to r/w paste the camera.apk file.do not install it.reboot your phone and it will be in your apps list fully working and ready to go.deleting the other camera app from the system folder is optional.
