Yo radiance got a good story about this one. So i am taking business law and just finished the section on contract law. Looked into my receipt (an express warranty from best buy) and i still had legal grounds to receive a replacement under company policy! YAY go contract law! Essentially I insisted that this policy was written into my express warranty with best buy llc. The grunts wouldn't acknowledge this, but if you sit around for awhile they will address it. Stay calm and simply state that it is expressed in their warranty that the product has to be replaced within 30 days of purchase if defective, or just your sick of it.
Hope this knowledge bomb helps!!
