There was another thread but it got moved to the root forum and dealt with things I have never heard of before. I'm not rooted or anything special and I'm running the leaked version of froyo. What is the best way to get the update, preferably without erasing everything on my phone?

So i just got the phone today and i love it, but my facebook friends got added to my contacts and I'd rather not have them there. Is there a way to remove them other than manually deleting them one by one?
