The screen protector I have came with the case i brought from Metro. I've noticed what appear to be two small scratches on my screen. I can see them but they dont feel rough at all. So is my screen protector doing its job or should I invest in a new one?

I plan on buying the LG Motion soon and I was going to get the $40 4G Plan. I've already paid my bill for this month, so will I have to pay again? I ask because this is my first 4G phone and I was on a non 4G plan before.
