Is it possible to sync the Outlook calander on my DINC ?

I primarily use Handcent, but I still get pop ups from the SMS messenger on my Dinc. I went to the settings and un-checked everything to do with the Dinc messenger, but they still come up when I get a text. I then have to get out of the pop up screen and then go to the Handcebt screen. is there...

recently when I get an incoming/outgoing call I have to say hello twice because the other person can never hear me say it the first time. Has anyone else experienced this ? :confused:

Can someone please tell me how to change the background color on my e mail screen or recommend an app that I can use to do this ? The small black letters on the white background are hard for me to see. Maybe something similar to Handsent ?
