My Hero maybe dead! It is stuck in a boot loop and my only options are Fastboot and HBoot. No recovery image is found, so I can't boot into recovery. I tried re-installing the HERCIMG.zip file, but it says main version is older and fails. Anyone have any ideas? This happened once before...

Any suggestions regarding using the Hero in cold weather? I am going to be out in the cold (0-20 F)for quite a few hours (~24), and am wondering if I should just leave my Hero at home. I would like to have it for the compass, GPS, and Google Sky but also don't want to ruin the screen etc...

Because of the way I rooted my phone through pre-kitchen I have 2 recovery images on my SD card, v1.2.3.img and v1.5.2.img. I am running RA 1.5.2 so I assume I can just delete v1.2.3.img but want to make sure. Secondly after installing Fresh's flash patch I can delete the zip correct...
