Android 13 is up to date and there is no app update if I'm understanding correctly Milo?

I've e-mailed so waiting for a reply. As I said earlier though, the old TV box running Android 9 records fine with the same app and so does an old Android 9 tablet. I'm guessing (maybe wrongly) it's the files access settings from Android 10 onwards that's causing this.

The app is XCIPTV, the box is X88Pro 13, thanks.
