    Help Where Can I Download An Official Stock ROM?

    I bought a phone from the US, and it has Criket (US mobile service provider) software on it (boot image, software installer/updater, etc). I would like to get it to the original Android one that my previous S10 had.

    When I try to add photos to Marketplace, only 3 albums show up; Gallary which only a fraction of the photos show up, Facebook downloaded pictures, which only one shows up, and Screenshots, which only 17 show up. I have much more in each album.

    I apoligise in advance, my English is not the good, I don't explain things well. I've been working at this for days. I can't figure it out. All the songs by a the artist Shampoo show up correctly, 3 show up black, which is the same album art that most of my songs have, which is what I choose...
