How do I turn on the 4g LTE? (Sprint)
I am in KC but I still only have 3G but I have read that the 4G LTE should be available in my area. Is there some update I need?- stevenidol

Red screen and then nothing....
My screen just went red and now my phone won't turn on at all. Was that a red screen of death? Can Sprint do anything for me?- stevenidol
