    Help New sd card isn't recognized by phone.

    Hi all, first time poster. I got a16 gb micro sd card for my myTouch 4g for Christmas, however when I put it in my phone it isn't recognized. The format option is greyed out and trying to format it on my pc while inserted in my phone doesn't work either? Anyone have any suggestions?
