For those of you that own the device already, can you confirm if the bezel is actually metal or if it is just painted plastic that looks like metal? Just wondering if I need to worry about the finish wearing off over time. Thanks!

Hey guys, was wondering if there was a way to to do a hard reset without using the phone. The LCD screen on mine broke and I can't see anything. I'd like to clear out the entire phone and sell it on ebay. If anyone could help, that'd be great!
