    Help black screen

    phone is in mint condition and hasn't been droped/wet ever. I also always keep it in it's otter box. :( out of the blue I get the black screen today. was walked by verizon to do the volume down and power off switch. Any other thoughts, tips or even hope to get this working or am I lost? All...

    My poor HTC Droid Eris fell in ocean..now what

    i want to puke. dropped the phone in the ocean. only for a few seconds but i want to die. uggh. it's in rice now. would you dunk it in alcohol now? or wait a day or 2 to see if things work?!?!? any other thoughts/things I could possibly do to save it?!?! :(
