Has anyone tried to exchange their S3? Can you do it and keep unlimited data?

Can someone point me in the right direction to get a copy of this file? It was removed in tranquility and I need it back on my phone. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I realize that wireless tether internet doesn't work while while you're on a call, but what if you use Google Voice to place a call? Shouldn't the internet work since you are not using 3g? I tried it, but my internet still did not work. Anyone else try this and get it to work? Is there any...
