When apps and some web pages show a scrollable menu at the bottom of the screen to choose a menu item from, the text is truncated and the only way to read it in full is to hover the S Pen over it.... any idea what's going wrong?

Strange happenings.....on my Galaxy Note10 some apps have stopped copying text to the clipboard, also when there is data on the clipboard from an app that still works with the copy function the offending apps will not paste the data.
