all behold 2 owners would you have bought this phone if you had KNOWN IT WOULD NOT BE UPGRADABLE? Please respond honestly is 1.5 cupcake what you really wanted?

Yes, I absolutely want to take part in legal action on this issue. I purchased a Behold 2 the day after it was released, knowing I wanted an Android phone, after carefully researching the options available, based SOLELY on the promotional video and other press that said the Behold II would upgrade to Android 2.0. I could have gotten an HTC G1 for free at the time (I own one already, and its currently running Android 2.2), but I paid extra for the Behold II because of the promises that were made. This is false advertising, and unfair and deceptive business practices. I have already filed an official complaint with the FTC on this matter. By all means I want to take part in legal action.
