    Text To Speech App

    Just upgraded my cell phone to the HTC Android Incredible. So far, an awesome machine!! Under the Settings heading is Text-to-Speech. When I open this up I notice the subheading Install voice data is not highlighted. Also this seems like a demo. Specifically where can this app and install it...
