    Help Strange Text Message Predicament

    Recently I haven't been able to receive texts from one specific person. They got a new phone, and that's when the trouble began. Last night we saw each other and they tried to text me, and to our surprise it worked. Today though, I wasn't able to receive any from them. Any help would be great.
