    Help HTC one M8

    I wiped my sd card and internal memory and now it won't start up, it's stuck on an image of scarlet jo and doesn't do anything from there. Is there anyway I can just get it back to stock, i believe it had viper before i wiped it, got the phone from one of my friends.
