    Help Home screen button has been taken over

    Anyone has this issue or a fix? Randomly the home screen changes to some kind of screen with volume toggle button and a "x" up in the top right corner. It also has a the time in the middle and a scrollable dock at the bottom. Problem is I dont want this screen up ever. I restart the phone then...
