When you install a rom, it has a gig of space for system apps and all of that stuff (I think) Would it be possible to re-allocate some of that space for apps? the current roms only fill up half of it at the most (Black Plague) You could gain 300 some megs for more games. Possible or not?

Hello! Whenever I try to turn my phone off via the power menu, it makes the screen glitch out and it just goes back to normal.. It doesn't turn off. However reboot works fine. I think it's the power menu app because rebooter works fine in rom toolbox pro..
