Anyway to get Samsung's widget "Feed and Update" to work with LauncherPro?

Anyone else seem to have problems with exchange server with this phone? Not sure what the problem is but my exchange server for work doesn't reach my phone all the time. I have it to push all my emails but will sometimes get the message hours late in my inbox or only when I refresh it manually...

anyway we can put this phone in vibrate mode quickly? maybe install a lockscreen like the droid x so with a quick slide you can put the phone in vibrate? i move from an iphone and the rocker that did that on the phone is sorely missed. is there any alternative out there? i just dont want to...
