Check out this video. I used this method, and made sure to watch this video a couple of time so that I was familiar with the process. The key is that you have to make sure your KF is running the same software as what is described in this video (I think 6.3). I'm not sure if other KF updates have come out since I rooted mine, but no matter, I love my KF the way it is now. I'm running Glazed ICS, and you can actually do a video search on Youtube to locate something about installing this ROM. I found a video of a guy doing a step-by-step guide on installing this ROM. It went pretty smoothly for me. Good luck!
