i used to own a iphone and well i synced all my contacts to a separate Google account. None of my contacts were synced to my sim. Is there a easy way for me to import my contacts saved in my google account and transfer it over to my sim?

You know the email they ask you for when you first get your phone. How do you change that email? I made a new email when i got the phone in the store but now i want to change that back to the gmail account that i use all the time. I dont know where the exact setting for this is.
