My service provider is evil and sold me my d320n hard locked to only accept their sim. Any way I can remove the restriction so I can put an unlock code in :p. Can repair shops do that?

I have a GT-I9505 and tried out the miui 4.4 patchrom flashed via twrp. The imei number went missing and i used odin to restore stock lollipop. Now it lists baseband unknown and IMEI null. Any fixes? I have the s/n and imei on the back of the phone
