    Help Folders Not Opening

    Occasionally I go to open a folder on my phone and it acts like it is going to open but doesnt. Doesn't do this all the time and when it does it usually starts working shortly after. Just very annoying bc my phone is less than a few months old. I will post images when I am allowed
