    Root Getting pissed, wth am i missing here....

    have downloaded the htc drivers and already had .net 4 ... when i attempt to use the regawmod rdownload, i download and extract the file, make sure my debugging is on, etc. and then Run it and the phone appears on the screen..im plugged into my phone, but the "Root Me" never appears...all i get...
