Help Restored my 10.1 to factory..can't update firmware!
Hi, My old galaxy 10.1 was acting wonky, so I backed up my data, and restored it to factory settings. The OS is now 4.0, and I can't update! I tired OTA update, and I tried Kies, but both methods said no updates were available. Any suggestions?- vallyglenn
