  • nope... it happened in first day of usage, i tryed to flash it with new firmware, and after first reboot, it was dead. kb was flashing on press, no cursor on screen. i tryed changing batteries, rebooting, reflashing... nothing... i found those reconnect procedure, communicating with customer care, and no help. i sended it to service, they didn't do anything. "it is problem with receiver for remote/keyboard". didn't explained is hardware or software problem. as i founded later, it is simple usb receiver plugged in internal usb port. i didn't opened box, maybe it is loosed contact. guys from service didn't make any trouble, just sended me new box.
so, if it is under warranty, send it to service. maybe in your country is better service and they will repair device!? ;-)
when you receive it back, send note to forum. maybe it is some bad serie of boxes with bad receiver.
but, you still can use wireless mouse and standard wireless keyboard with device.

    regards!!

    happy easter!!
    Hi!
Did you manage to get your keyboard working again without sending it off for repair? If you did how did you do it? I seem to have developed the same problem.
    Thanks
    Bryan
